  • Has been wrongly described or does not match the original description
  • Is different from the sample shown to you

Minor Faults

  • For minor faults, we will repair your product within a reasonable timeframe, ensuring it meets the expected standard.

How to Return a Product

  • To return a product, please send it to the following Soka warehouse address, along with your original proof of purchase. Please note that for both major and minor faults, we may need to assess the product at our warehouse before issuing a refund or initiating repairs.

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Changing your mind or making a wrong decision
  • Finding the item at a lower price elsewhere
  • Accidental damage (including water damage) caused after purchase
  • Failure to provide a valid proof of purchase

Exchange/Refund Timeline

  • Refunds or exchanges can only be processed within 30 days from the date of purchase, along with a valid receipt. After 30 days, products can only be exchanged or repaired in accordance with Soka’s warranty policy.
