Warranty Information
All new mobile phone accessories sold by Soka come with a warranty.
As not all warranties are identical, we encourage you to carefully read and check the warranty that applies to your purchase. In most cases, the warranty covers all mechanical and electrical faults and malfunctions, excluding any physical or liquid damage resulting from the product being dropped, spilled on, or altered in any way from its original state.
When making a claim under the warranty, you must return the product to Soka at our warehouse address in its original packaging. As we are not liable for any damage or loss during shipment back to us, we strongly encourage you to pack the defective items carefully to protect them from damage during shipping and use a reliable postal or courier service that offers tracking numbers.
If your purchase was damaged in transit or was dead on arrival, please contact us immediately, ideally on the same day, and provide full package details, along with photos of the damaged item. We will investigate the issue and respond as quickly as possible.
